Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We greatly value our patients and are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care. Appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient and their provider. To respect everyone’s time and allow other patients access to available appointments, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling.

Card-on-File Requirement — Effective October 14, 2026

All patients, new and returning, are required to:

• Provide a valid credit or debit card on file when scheduling.
• Review and acknowledge this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
• Authorize their card to be charged for an applicable $50 late-cancellation or no-show fee after their courtesy waiver has been used.

No deposit is required, and your card will not be charged when booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling‍

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and offer each patient one courtesy waiver for a late cancellation, late rescheduling, or missed appointment. After this waiver has been used, appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur a $50 fee charged to the card on file.

Late Arrivals

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, it may be necessary to reschedule to avoid disrupting other patients’ appointments. If we are unable to accommodate your visit, the same courtesy waiver and $50 cancellation fee policy will apply.

Declined Payments

If your card is declined, our team will contact you to arrange payment and update your card information. The applicable fee remains due and must be settled before your next appointment or before scheduling additional visits.

Appointment Reminders

We send reminders by text message and/or email approximately 48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm that your contact information is current. Reminders are provided as a courtesy, and this policy applies even if a reminder is not received.

Consultations & Payment

Consultations are $50 and are applied toward your total invoice. Payment is due in full at the time of service unless financing has been approved in advance. You may apply for financing here.
